REESE'S CUPS AKA COCONUT BUTTER CUPS made with 5 ingredients!
I love making cool desserts but recently I have been off my ZERTS game (Parks and Rec reference...if you know, you know) so here's something new that I tried! This was my first attempt at making these bad boyssss so I was seriously worried about how they'd turn out. I am actually JAZZED with the final result. Sometime soon I will make them again to master the sh*t out them! Stay tuned...
Organic Coconut Cream (1/2 cup)
Coconut Oil (2 tbsp.)
Raw Honey (1 tbsp.)
Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter (1/3 cup)
Missing coconut flakes + cacao to make a chocolate layer on-top.
First, I melted the coconut oil so that it was easy to mix. Measure and pour all ingredients together into a bowl and mix it up (use food processor if desired). Once I found the right texture, I poured the mixed
ingredients into Nuwave Rubber Cupcake liners. Place them in the freezer 45 minutes. BOOM BABY!
Sidenote: I have been looking near and far for rubber cupcake liners. They are reusable and versatile. I finally got my hands on these nuwave ones and they were magical! You can use any RUBBER cupcake liner, with whatever mold you want, just make sure it's rubber. I highly suggest getting them so you can make your own frozen treats!
