Prior to starting the course I felt like I already had some healthy habits, but I walked away with way more knowledge and tools than I could have imagined. Shannon has helped me tremendously in the times I’ve been training with her. She helped me setting fitness goal, I.e. running a half marathon, fitting in the dress I’ve always wanted to wear. She sends training session reminder every week, gives tips on workouts and exercises I can do when I’m by myself, and she’s attentive to my health and physical needs
