Because it wasn’t always like this for us…

 

Rewind to our pre-health coaching days and we all suffered from a range of health issues, most related to hormonal birth control.

✳ Alaina was diagnosed with PCOS and was prescribed hormonal birth control, only to later suffer from PCBS (Post Birth Control syndrome) when she tried to come off it. Panic attacks, depression and irrational fears were all part of the package.

✳ Carly suffered from PCBS and stopped ovulating, had depression, anxiety, and showed signs of menopause in her 20s.

✳ Julie struggled with irregular periods and severe mood swings while on birth control. And afterwards, was dealing with bloating, cramps, and severe PMS.

All of us were advised by doctors to go back on hormonal birth control. The thing that caused it all and did nothing to solve our health issues at the root cause.

None of the doctors we spoke to knew another way. The conventional medical system was (and still is) sooo behind when it comes to women’s menstrual health and birth control is prescribed to solve just about anything.

“Before I started the program, I lost my period for over a year after coming off hormonal birth control. When it did come back, I had terrible PMS symptoms - extremely heavy flow, cramping, bloating, and insomnia.

“Before I started the program, I lost my period for over a year after coming off hormonal birth control. When it did come back, I had terrible PMS symptoms - extremely heavy flow, cramping, bloating, and insomnia.  

I had terrible acne, I had no energy, and I felt like I was unable to show up every single day.

“I have been following the Beyar sisters for over two years now and after my cycle came back after having my son, my hormones were uncontrollable.
