If you're looking to increase protein in your day, we have the perfect secret ingredient you might be overlooking—bone broth!!!  Beyond being a comforting drink, bone broth can elevate your meals in fun and unexpected ways. Carly is breaking down some creative ways you can incorporate bone broth into your daily mix of recipes! She is also providing some recipe inspiration for you too!

1. Sipping Bone Broth By Itself:

Sipping on a warm cup of bone broth is not only soothing but also an easy way to incorporate protein into your daily routine.  Choose high-quality, homemade bone broth, or opt for a trusted store-bought version of your choice!! Heat it, season to taste, and enjoy the nourishing benefits.

We've said it 1,000x but we're serious - our favorite bone broth by far is FOND BONE BROTH (use code BEYARS for 20% off).

Their broth flavors are the best we’ve ever tasted. We love that they exclusively source grass-fed, regeneratively-raised beef bones as well as pasture-raised chicken bones. Their bone broth has been Carly’s go-to for postpartum recovery and her hair, skin, & nails have NEVER been healthier!!! Also, BONE BROTH is great to have first thing in the morning if you struggle with a lack of appetite in the AM!

Let's dive into some recipe inspiration!

Simple Bone Broth Elixir Ingredients:

  1. Heat the bone broth in a saucepan.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add optional ingredients if desired.
  4. Simmer for a few minutes and sip your way to protein bliss!

Bone Broth Rice Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of @fondbonebroth (best quality & so flavorful- code BEYARS)

  • Sprouted organic rice (sprouted is easier for digestion but can use any organic rice)
  • Pinch of Redmond Salt

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine rice, bone broth, and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Fluff the rice and serve as a tasty side dish. Don't forget to add the butter!!!!

3. Bone Broth Hot Chocolate:

This is a sign to UPGRADE your traditional hot chocolate with some high quality bone broth and protein powder. Do this, and you’ll have yourself creamy, mineral-rich, warm & satiating beverage!!! We show you how to make it in this video

Recipe: Cozy Bone Broth Hot Chocolate Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chicken bone broth (we use @fondbonebroth)

  • 1/2-1 scoop of protein of your choice (chocolate protein is best here!)
  • 1 scoop collagen (note: if you go with chocolate collagen then you probably don’t need the 1 tbsp of cacao powder)
  • dash of cinnamon (“don’t forget the cinnamon” @thejenjones 🤣)
  •  optional: few pieces of high quality chocolate chips

YOU CAN SIMPLIFY IT EVEN FURTHER WITH JUST:

  • 1 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, heat milk and bone broth over medium heat.
