Jan 02, 2025Hi, Carly here! I’m the middle Beyar sister, and I’m officially 28 weeks pregnant—which means, hello third trimester! As I prepare for the final stretch of this journey, I’ve started jotting down my goals for the next three months and thought it might be helpful to share them with you. Spiritual Labor Prep
- Rewatch and listen to Karen Welton’s Pain Free Birth Lessons *This has been one of the best birth courses I'VE EVER DONE! This course emphasizes the spiritual and physiological aspects of childbirth, helping women address past traumas and embrace the natural-designed process of birth. It combines faith-based teachings with evidence-based techniques to break the fear-tension-pain cycle, promoting a pain-free, empowering birth experience. I am not very religious...but I am very spiritual. This aligned perfectly with my values!
- Dr. Laura Graye’s Medigraytion Pregnancy Prayers & Meditations
- Utilize my manifestation tools of my perfect birth (visualization, Pinterest boards, Drawing, recite daily mantras “I release fear of all forms)
Other To Dos
- Buy double stroller
- Buy another seat…and clean car seats!
- Clean & fold newborn clothing (0-3 months)
- Prepare nursing basket or nursing “busy box” for Tatum to engage with while I am nursing the new baby.
- Clean bottles, bottle caps, pump
- Prep hospital bag
- Meal prep postpartum eats
...and SO MUCH MORE! I know this list is not done for sure but it's an amazing way for me to start tackling things one by one!
