Why, you ask?? 

Bovine gelatin, the *star* ingredient in this recipe, helps to rebuild and strengthen the gut lining, support digestion, reduce annoying intestinal issues like heartburn, bloat, IBS, and acid reflux, as well as strengthen nails, joints, and hair. 

They're easy to make (plus, the whole batch lasts you a full week) and they are a great pre-workout nibble, mid-afternoon pick-me-up, or bedtime snack. Basically, always there when you need them. We’ve been incorporating gut-healing gummies into our weekly routines for a long time now and they are definitely worth the hype!

To make these delicious baddie gut gummies, all you need are three simple ingredients:

  • 32-38oz of juice (whatever flavor you want!) we love Lakewood Organics or RW Knudsen brands!
  • 1/3 cup of bovine gelatin (the gelatin we love is Perfect Supplements code balancedbeyars)
  • 1/2 to 1 lime


  • Add the juice to the pot then sprinkle the gelatin on top (don’t turn the heat on yet!). Wait for the gelatin to bloom for about 5-10 mins.
  • Then turn the heat on medium to low and whisk the juice until the leftover gelatin chunks dissolve (should only take 1-2 minutes)!
  • Next, pour into a glass tray and transfer to the fridge.
  • Leave in refrigerate for 2-3 hours then cut into cubes and enjoy!

    One batch lasts me 5-7 days, and I store them in the fridge either in the same tray or a glass container, yes it's that simple!
