Protein Oat Balls

We ALL love a grab & go protein friendly snack right?! These protein oat balls have tons of hormone happy ingredients & enough protein to give you some fuel while feeling like a treat! 

Here's what you need:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups organic gf oats
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds or chia seeds

This recipe makes 30 balls (we use this ice cream scooper so they’re all the same size, no scooper? no problem! just use a spoon & mold with your hands!) then we store them in the fridge & take on the go or even enjoy at home for a sweet treat!
