Copy Cat Reese's Peanut Butter Cups | Healthier Version

WHAT YOU NEED:

WHAT YOU DO: It’s so simple it hurts..

  1. Melt a bar of 100% Cacao Eating Evolved Chocolate in a microwave save bowl (I like to do it 30 seconds at a time, mixing it until I see that it is all melted)

  2. Then I take 1/4 - 1/2 cup of Coconut Oil (depends on how many you want) and I melt it in another microwave safe bowl for about 30 seconds

  3. Pour the melted coconut oil into the bowl with the melted chocolate and stir with a spoon

  4. Pour that mix into each butter cup mold

  5. Put the mold in the freezer for about a minute so that the bottom of the butter cups can “set”

  6. Take the mold of freezer and drop in some peanut butter into each butter cup mold (The peanut butter should set right in the middle of the buttercup and disappear under the top layer of chocolate..if not it’s okay..it doesn’t have to be picture perfect)

  7. Then you’re all done! Put the mold in the freezer for over 20 minutes

  8. When the buttercups are frozen, pop them out of the mold

  9.  BOOM, enjoy (TIP: I like to keep them in the freezer until I want to eat them, they will melt pretty quickly)
