When you have blemishes, your skin is trying to tell you that there is an imbalance in your body; whether that is in your diet, lifestyle, hormones, genetics or environmental factors.

 

Often used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, SKIN MAPPING is the concept that your face mirrors your health. There are various ZONES of your face that correlate to specific organs in your body and reveal information to us about what is going on! 

Topical skin products are marketed so well to us and they convince us that their product will make our pimple problems go away, however, this is just a bandaid to our problems.

 As health coaches, we believe that you must trace the problem back to the root of the cause and adjust your lifestyle and diet to find balance again. 


FOREHEAD

AFFECTED ORGANS: Liver and gallbladder

POTENTIAL CULPRITS: Excessive fat consumption and or too much alcohol may cause forehead breakouts

WHAT TO DO: Balance your body by reducing alcoholic beverages and rich/greasy foods.

HEALING FOODS: Garlic, greens like kale or spinach, beets
