

I feel so freaking empowered with every single thing I’m learning!!!

I GOT MY PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!! This is my first natural period since going on birth control at 16! It took seven LONG months post HBC, but I'm ready for more!

I didn’t take ibuprofen for cramps this month..FIRST TIME in my life 😃 thank you so much.

Got my first FULL period since coming off HBC, feel more confident in my body & more knowledgeable!

My flow phase increased from 2 days to 3 days! I felt less pressure to do really hard and intense workouts and instead just enjoyed my walks! Sleeping is slowly improving as i actively try to incorporate a bedtime routine.

Ovulation was detected through my Natural Cycles app after 2 month of anovulatory cycles! Boobs were not as sore as other months leading up to period.

I didn't feel the need to work out every single day or to go hard every time I worked out because I was trying to workout with my phases!

FIRST *REAL* PERIOD IN 15 YEARS! Whoa.
Just two months into the program...

For about 15 years, I’ve had debilitating cramps, I threw up all the time, I was reliant on medications, I switched birth controls more times than I can count to “stop” the cramps... my period this time actually snuck up on me for the first time ever. I didn’t have to take any meds until the 2nd day, but that is a HUGE improvement. Just knowing that cramps don’t have to happen every month is incredible!

I am down 4 pounds over the last 3 weeks! taking time to prep my breakfast and lunch before bed. Incorporating a night time routine!

I got my period back for the first time in 10 years! I feel confident in continuing to live in alignment with my four phases as I'm implementing little things every day and I see an overall improvement. I cut way back on coffee and only have it after breakfast now which has lessened my anxiety in the morning.

My bloating and acne has decreased and my cycle has increased :)

Almost pain free period this month! Getting my calendar planned has been so helpful. My bf is loving learning and eating with me.

NO MIGRAINES DURING LUTEAL/MENSTRUAL PHASE!!!

I got my period with barely any symptoms!!! I actually got it today hehe and although it was late, I really wasn't expecting to get it because I had such minimal symptoms!! Also, my skin has cleared up TREMENDOUSLY!!!! And herbal infusions??!!! They're my jam now.

I didn’t have intense cramps the morning of my period this cycle!! I have felt a lot better with my exercise schedule and not pushing my body when I shouldn’t. I feel more emotionally stable!!!

I stopped doing intense runs in my luteal phase and had wayyyyy less pms symptoms this past cycle... AND giving up intense workouts half the month has been hard and I was scared I would just gain weight... but I haven't!!! And I feel great!!!!
