Phase Guides™ are self-paced digital guides for the different phases of womanhood — created by your favorite sisters to make everything feel a little clearer and a lot more doable. Inside you’ll find simple education, practical habit shifts, supportive routines, and reflection tools designed to help you feel grounded, informed, and supported in your body, right where you are.

  • Cycle strategy

Live life with a cycle strategy

This phase guide is for you if:

    • You avoid your period because it's painful, unpredictable, or feels like a monthly disruption
    • Your cycle feels confusing, irregular, or full of symptoms you've been told are "normal"
    • You want to regulate your cycle now-whether for everyday health or before trying to conceive
    • When you understand your cycle, you understand your body.

That's body literacy - and it changes everything.

A printable infographic titled "What Your Period & Cycle Ideally Should Look Like" with a drawing of a chair, lamp, and slippers in the top left corner, and a yellow sticky note with tips on hormone balance on the right side. The infographic discusses ideal cycle length, signs of short or long cycles, and emphasizes tracking cycle health.
  • Birth Control

Come off hormonal birth control safely (with a game plan!)

This Phase Guide is for you if:

     • You’ve never been taught how birth control actually impacts your body systems
    • You’re thinking about quitting hormonal birth control but feel nervous about what happens next
    • You want to avoid common post-birth control chaos like acne, missing periods, mood swings, or hair loss
    • You want to support your hormones before you quit

Coming off HBC is a transition. When you understand how to prepare your body, replenish what’s been depleted, and support your hormones through the first few cycles, you come off feeling grounded, informed, and in control

We’re not gurus.
We’re guides.

We’re Alaina, Carly, and Julie — three sisters, three very different journeys, and one shared mission: to make every phase of womanhood feel a little clearer and a lot less lonely.

We’re menstrual health & FAM educators, but our real strength comes from lived experience. We’ve been through the hormone confusion, the trial-and-error seasons, the “why did no one tell me this?” moments and we’ve learned what actually works along the way.

With our powers combined, we offer thoughtful, practical guidance that blends education, intuition, and real life. We’re not here to fix you. We’re here to walk with you, one phase at a time.
