Three women holding hands on a rocky hill during sunset, with the sun in the background and a bird flying overhead.

We’re Alaina, Carly & Julie – three sisters trying to figure it all out, alongside you.

How it started

Our healing started with quitting hormonal birth control and working on our cycle health, but it led us somewhere even deeper…into the stress, the stories, and the old wired patterns we never realized we were carrying. As we stumble along this journey to unpack and rewire those (little by little, every day), our inner & outer worlds continue to shift. Our intuition gets louder, we see the beauty in self-partnership, and real joy finally comes back. It’s messy work, but it’s the intentional kind that changes everything.

If you told our younger selves we’d build a successful business together, we’d laugh in your face.

Our story started long before hormones were even on our radar. We grew up on fast food, hormonal birth control, and hustle culture as competitive athletes β€” Big Macs, Subway footlongs (with the free cookie, obviously), and hot dogs on white bread with beans. We were raised by a single mom doing her best, always rushing between school, work, and soccer practice. Life felt chaotic, unstable, loud, and nonstop. Living in that survival mode did a number on us…which we didn’t understand until much later.

After a decade on hormonal birth control, we realized we had no clue how our bodies actually worked or what our cycles were supposed to look like. Doctors threw words like PCOS and β€œpossible ovarian failure” at us, and as former college soccer players (all #17 because apparently we have zero originality), we were running on burnout. We weren’t listening to our bodies… mostly because no one ever taught us how.

So we started learning slowly, together, and with a LOT of late-night texts like, β€œWAIT, WHY DID NO ONE TELL US THIS?!”. Those moments pulled us closer to what actually mattered. What began as three sisters just trying to get our physical health back turned into something so much bigger because the physical healing cracked us open to the emotional, spiritual, and intuitive healing we’d been unknowingly avoiding for years.

A headline here

And the deeper we went, the more we realized…we could NOT gatekeep this. In a world overflowing with information (and newfound experts), where women feel overwhelmed and disconnected, we wanted to create something different β€” a calm place in the noise. A space where women can slow down, start small, feel seen, and finally trust their own rhythm again.

Balanced Beyars isn’t here to hand you strict protocols or tell you there’s β€œone right way” to heal. We’re here to share the habit shifts, tools, and lived experiences as an invitation to spark curiosity, make the work feel lighter, and help you come back home to yourself!!

We’re still a work in progress (like, truly). Every phase brings a new layer to uncover, and we’ll be right here β€” healing, laughing, and learning right alongside you.

    eldest sister

    Meet Alaina
The spiritual warrior, the calm in the chaos, the quiet comedian, & the grammar police. Alaina’s the grounded sister. She’s a mom of three who somehow balances depth, humor, and divine timing all in one sentence. She’s the spiritual heart of Balanced Beyars, the one reminding us to breathe, be compassionate, and remember that healing is as much energetic and emotional as it is physical. She’ll drop anything in a second to help someone else and is usually the one telling us to apologize when we’re fighting (oldest sister mediator at its finest). Always thinking about others, she’ll make you belly laugh mid–deep talk with an ugly face or funny accent, but somehow still leave you a little more at peace than you were before.

  • A woman with long blonde hair holding a small yellow flower near her eye outdoors, with a blurred natural background and soft sunlight.

    middle sister

    Meet Carly
The mastermind, the creative genius, & our organized chaos. Carly’s the middle-child powerhouse who dreams big, builds fast, and somehow turns messy ideas into magic β€” all while raising two little girls. She’ll build an entire course overnight or design an eBook we may never actually use. In classic Manifester fashion, when something aligns, she moves with a clarity and spark that turns ideas into reality and inspires everyone around her to do the same. She’s always pushing us forward, but the truth is her heart is in helping every woman rise. What really drives her is believing in women’s potential even before they see it themselves. Nothing lights her up more than watching a woman flourish, trust her gifts, and step into the life she is dreaming for!!

  • A woman with blonde hair smiling outdoors, wearing a white sleeveless top, white pants, and a light-colored jacket on her arms, with greenery and sunlight in the background.

    youngest sister

    Meet Julie
The empath, the feel-it-all creative, & our resident comic relief. Julie is the youngest sister and a mom who somehow leads with both heart and hilarity. She jumps into everything in life with full-body enthusiasm, spots the tiny details the rest of us miss, and offers the curveball perspective that makes us pause and rethink things. She’s our in-house trend tester (and the reason Alaina and Carly have matching carts in three colors and sizes). Always up for trying a new biohack, she loves her walks more than her husband (sorry, Tolin), and somehow animals just find her (deer, coyotes, hawks, you name it). Julie reminds us that healing doesn’t have to be quiet or polishedβ€”it can be loud, warm, funny, and beautifully human.
