I just really appreciate your program. Also, your honesty is so important especially on the instagram platform. It would be so easy for you all to sell out and do ads for companies, and worry so much about your appearance and being the fittest, coolest, most perfect people on the platform.

You don't do that though. You are inclusive, and you come off authentic. Like normal people I would be friends with who care about their own well being and so they want to help other people care about their well being too. I just wish there was more of that in this world of social media, so thank you for your presence.

Above all— this has been a great lesson in slowing down and that it’s OK to not go hard. Actually, it’s better not to go hard and “punish”. As a college athlete — that mentality is so deep and I’m excited to be moving away from that and into a positive relationship with food and exercise. One that is for myself and nobody else. When food shopping I used to just base things on weight watchers points, not really the ingredients. This has changed because now I read the label, I ask myself, "Do I know what that thing is? Does this food item need that ingredient?" And if I am not satisfied with the answers to those questions, I won't buy the meal. I am understanding that the less ingredients the better, so Luna bars are a go to, the cashew milk at trader joes is my new go-to rather than the soy milk. I feel like I'm making a positive difference for myself.

Inside of the dashboard, every week (1-6) you will have access to your 6-day workout plan for that specific week. *We take Sundays off, woo, woo!

 

The workouts progress each week in phases (from easy to more advanced). For example, week 1 is all body weight and week 6 challenges you with the heaviest resistance you can do!
